I think it's the same name, yes. The item is Cloth Physics Split Side Dress. So I maybe didn't understand the title or something, if you have a dress like that for CC I could really use it.

Hi Firstly I do not have that dress for CC sorry. It is quite and old style character now pre CC days and It looks like you may have purchased from the main Reallusion Content Store and not here the Marketplace. I have no control ,over the Main Store. So if you want a refund you will need to contact customer support

Hi Jutta The reason is that they are Non Standard Characters. With this type of Character you will be able to use iClone motions but hair is not possible. The option is to create hair as an accessory and then attach to your character.

Hi, I may have sent this as a private message as well. Bought the Eagle Warrior last week and it states it's a trial version, asked Reallusion about it and they said to ask you about it first. Bought Sky indian character as well, she works and as an Indian, I think she's great. Thank you.

Hi Andrew Yes you sent me a Direct Message and I did reply this is what I wrote. Hi Sorry to hear you have problems. Firstly try re downloading from your inventory as sometimes the RL downloader cause issues with packs. Also try removing any accessories one by one to see if they are causing problems. Then mail me back with progress. Again really sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi I suggest to get my Gwynn outfits onto your Gwynn is to load Gwynn Body Stocking then select the upper and save that upper to your custom content. Do the same for lower etc. Then load your Gwynn go to upper and load the one you have saved from the Body Stocking. Repeat again for all other parts. Hope this helps. regards duchess110
