Hello - I bought the Little Mates pirate but have not been able to download and access all the costume/accessory items. The first time I downloaded, I could not find the character at all. I downloaded twice and the second time the character showed up but not all of the pirate costume.

Hey Andre. If you purchased him from the Reallusion store, then when you download him he will automatically install in to the correct directory GarryPye/LittleMates/ . If you have trouble finding him, send me an email to garrypye@bigpond.net.au and I will sort you out. Also, if you send me your Proof of Purchase token that came with him I will send you a free Parrot Freebone character! (Please note, I do have access to emails on weekends)

I purchased Dan the Businessman the 30th and installed it in the program but the icons are blank and when I try to move them into a project it says the file type is not valid. I am using the pro 2 Mac version available on Apple if that makes a difference. Can you tell me how to fix this or if these don't work on this version, how to get a refund please. Hi, Garry, I purchased your Wendy character today. The character works great. I did a youtube video about your character. I'm wonder when you will release the little boy and girl. They would be great to have in the store. I recommend staying away from the South Park character. They aren't unusable in an educational environment. I saw your Facebook postings about Reallusion not hiring you. Reallusion will never hire you because they are located in Taiwan. Taiwan has cheap content designers. bye

Thanks for purchasing Wendy. Glad you like her. I have no plans to release Jimmy or Maddie in the near future. I appreciate your advice to 'stay away from the South Park character', but, the Buddys World characters have been Reallusions top selling 2D content to date, so it is unlikely I will take that advice at this moment. As for Reallusion not hiring me because I am not in Taiwan and not a cheap developer. I made a joke about Reallusion offering me a job that you may have taken seriously

Hi Garry Pye. I downloaded The Room a while back and the file is broken. I tried to redownload but it's not on my inventory list. I then tried to reorder but the Reallusion website senses that the item was already downloaded by me and won't let me do anything. I would really like to try out The Room.
