There has been a notable increase in demand from the real-time animation market recently, and it’s nearly impossible for any single vendor to meet up with the demands for new content.  Our past sales statistics indicate that motion, base character, textures/clothing and themed content packs make up a majority of sales, therefore we want to give developers the chance to apply for their own theme store according to their particular interest and have the opportunity to increase the exposure of their content.

Reallusion will keep the development of theme store, and announce the update in each quarter or by new store demand.

Reallusion would like to promote these theme stores as the flagship stores in City’s marketplace.  To do this, we will strive to ensure the highest standard of management quality by initiating a quarterly review system. So, we will keep one store owner for each theme type in the beginning.

Every theme store owner will be required to submit to these terms and conditions.  Once the theme store application is approved, the profit share rate of your theme store will start from 70%. Please note that ownership of a theme store relies strongly on the specific interest of that developer, and his/her willingness and ability to manage a team to grow its content development. If the store owner is unable to adhere to the guidelines correctly, Reallusion will issue a first notification requesting that the store owner take action toward improvement.  If the store owner remains unresponsive or cannot accept responsibility for the quality management of the store, the profit share rate will be reduced to the normal store levels (60%) and promotional privileges will be revoked.  On the other hand, if the theme store owner is helpful in promoting other vendor's content and is able to grow the specific theme content type, the profit share will be adjusted to 80%. Reallusion reserves the right to open or update theme stores according to customer demand or developer performance.
