Hello Alley, I have purchased the men PBR suit.05/19/2021, I can´t use this Content, cause I got a watermark and a "Trial" message. Why CC turns the "new" Content into a "trial" Content. It doesn´t make any sense, cause I purchased this Content.

Did you read the product page that says you must own base content in order to use this - see under "Base Content Already Purchased". You either need to buy the individual bases, or you need to buy the Professional Clothes pack by Reallusion. My specialty is texturing clothing on bases of Reallusion and other developers. - The page does say base content required to function and I put it on the header. I presume you didn't notice this requirement and that is why you have watermark.

Hi. I'm the guy who complained about the bundle stuff a month ago or so. You do great work and if I rate someone, I took their product and tried it and I base my opinion on that. For what it's worth , on my FB Iclone page I gave a positive plug for you. I'm understanding the way things go. I just need to read All the info first. Nothing wrong with your work. I don't know for sure which product you are referring to but did you check to see if there is base content required - I think it may be the one that requires Babylonian outfit by Delerna but it would be linked on the product page.

OH boy, that's a really old pack-The product page states requirement for the "Citizen Extra" pack by Reallusion and provide a link - but it looks like Reallusion took it off the market. I will write Reallusion to confirm it's been removed and if so, I will delete my pack for sale. There is no way to provide refund, so if there is something else you would like of mine - I can gift you - just let me know and write alley@iclonealley.com - it's more efficient.

I just purchased and downloaded the Mens PRB Suits. I also purchased the business shirt. Despite doing the 1-click content verification and content activation, the suits show up as Trials and I get the Character Creator overlay. The shirt works fine. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Can you be specific about what you mean - i.e. when you try to download - what happens? What browser are you using and have you tried a different one, I notice they did a Marketplace update overnight and my IE isn't looking right but Chrome is ok - anyway, does it not download at all? And what error do you get?

Like, you can't download just the upper overcoat for violet, you must buy the $50 cloth for G3. If you just try and download the violet overcoat it says you already have it. It's a glitch!

When I download Violet, it tells me to download the overcoat upper, but it does not allow download (telling me I already have it, but I do not). Rendering the character useless.

anything from earlier versions will open in iClone 7. Most things iClone 6 and up will work with CC but ask me if you are wondering about something specific. iClone 5 and prior are not compatible with CC.

Hi, in iClone, add all the parts to your character. Then select the Pants in the scene manager. At the top of your screen, press "Conform" and when that window opens, there is a box that says "Hide Inner Mesh" - uncheck that box and this will show the body again.

of course, I loaded the overcoat onto the puppet. and when I load the material it looks like some drunk dressed him in rags. everything is catywhampus and random swaths of area are invisible. this doesn't happen with any of the other designers I buy from. only yours for the last few times. I've been doing this since "CT 2" and "itsme". You say it's my fault, I say OK. Enjoy Europe. I'll enjoy clothing my puppets with someone else's products. -blue

99.999 % of the time, when things don't work, it's operator error - lol. I am on vacation out of the country and see your angry post - 1st thing to check - you must add the overcoat base to the "puppet" before loading the material file - if you are trying to load it on the default character - it won't work. I have done tutorials to show exactly how to do this but as I am out of the country now with no access to my computer. I'm sure it's solveable, so take a breath - life is too short- cheers.

Just a heads up, I purchased your Maids pack and couldn't leave a review, the store says I have to buy it first, so I don't know how issues like that are affecting your total reviews. It works fine in iCLone so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the DRM stuff.

But look at the product page. To use this, you have to buy my product PLUS the two items which are linked where the orange derivative information is on the page. Did you buy those also? Cellygon's gown is 1397 and the Shawl is from the Essential Clothing pack by Reallusion so you either need to buy the whole Essential Clothing pack or you can purchase the shawl in the Marketplace for 500 points. Write alley@iclonealley.com for more detail - hard to put a lot of info here.

When I load Mr. Pose and or Mr. Pose Template map and try adding any Slim Clothes, I have the iClone water mark all over the screen. The content in Mr. Pose Slim Clothes says "Trial." What am I missing that I need to purchase to remove that watermark from all Mr. Pose Slim Clothes?

I suspect it's because the orange derivative is showing you need the upper with the ending "A". I can reload it on the base and export the material again and replace it. I'll do that today. I'll post here again when it's done or write me at alley@iclonealley.com

I purchased the Deli Server Avatar. It downloaded as a complete character, however, I still got watermarks. I have the Trey Overcoat upper material and I have the Trey relaxed pants lower, but the watermarks are still there.
Can you send me the Deli Server upper and lower materials. This is the only way I can fix the problem. I need the materials.

I purchased your cleaning lady and the top loads fine but the lower has the "iclone" logo on the screen saying that it is a trial however, I have purchased it and I do have the upper and lower base so that's not the issue.
