Hi i was trying to open Goblin Forest 1,2,3 through iClone 5.5 but it says 'The program required was not found'. Does this not work on Iclone? Regards, Adi

I'm so sorry. The Goblin are made for CrazyTalk Animator. They are not tested in iClone. Best Regards Majorgaine

I recentley bought springtime in fairytale land. Got only the props in the folder but no scenes. Regards, Jan de Jong

Please excuse the late reply. Unfortunately, I can not help you with your problem, because I do not know why the scenes do not appear. I can only assure you that the scenes are fully included in the pack. There may be problems with a newer version of CrazyTalk Animator or a newer operating system for Windows. Do you have an Apple computer? The pack has not been tested for Apple. If your problem still exist, I advise you to consult the Reallusion Support to get your money back. Best regards Major

Just bought your basic scenes pack of "Springtime in Fairytale Land". But it doesn´t appear in any folder - not in scenes, neither in probs! So where can I find it? Best regards Peter Rupprecht
